₹50 Lakh Penalty for Non-Disclosure of Related Party Transactions — A Caution for Pvt Ltd Co.
Recently, the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Bangalore imposed a penalty of ₹50 lakh on the directors of M/s Stanley Lifestyle Limited.
